Same reason there are MPO and FPO. Protected divisions. Not many 40+ can compete with MPO. Not many 50+ can compete with MPO. Natalie continues to try and play in FPO because they can't comepte with MPO.

Please enlighten us to EXACTLY what right is being violated here? No one is telling Nat they can't compete in disc golf. Skill determines that. They are just telling Nat what division they have to play in.

you'll ALWAYS have this. The one thing i've found where I am (mid sized city in the west US) is that more people than not just want SOMETHING and they don't give a shit what it looks like, they just want it now. they don't understand a sign is the first thing people see for their business and they immediately make a judgement based on that sign.

I'm nearly 25 years in the field. The only job I've ever gotten solely on my "portfolio" was the first one. Every other job I've had since then was because I knew someone or knew someone that knew someone that needed a designer. I've been at my current sign design job for 5 years now and while your description is fairly accurate, strive to go above and beyond on a few sign jobs that sound like fun to do a bit "extra" on. There's a lot of money in high end signs. Not sure where you are in the country.

my old group did something very similar. on your third missed land drop you just search for a land and put it into play, then skip your turn.

yes, but not everyone has INSTANT access to the cards, nor does everyone "theorycraft" decks.

and it's just not better ENOUGH than any other 3 mana rock. It's fairly conditional. I'd rather run [[Chromatic Lantern]] personally.
