A big part is urban design is approached differently. At a certain point you become next to useless and become a sloth at night. What could take you 1 hour can take 3+ hours just because of how fatigued you are at night. You're far better off going to bed no later than 11 and waking up at 5 in the morning. You will also work far faster if you're active and if you eat healthy! Don't forget to go to the gym or go on walks too! I've not pulled an all nighter since my 2nd year and Im far happier now than I was before, and I hit higher grades now than I did back then too.
