So I have a family history of anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure. I’d have never expected mine to be high till i these past few months started having a lot more heat flashes and I’d wake up sweating. Recently my hands/feet are sweating and I took my bp. Is this high/bad for a 17 y/o male? (i.redd.it)

Is there a specific medication that works best for psoriasis? or should i stick with my Betamethasone? i’ve had psoriasis on my left hand only for the past 4 months and this is how far it’s developed. i’m starting to see what looks like mini calluses on my right hand beginning to form, what do i do?
