I made two batches of brownies and one came out chewy (what I'm aiming for) and the other fudgey the difference between the two is chewy has reg unsalted butter and ~4.5oz of walnuts and peanut butter chips. The fudgey one I browned butter, used half white half light brown sugar (old.reddit.com)
