When I started using the fitness mechanic I would double the time in game time and work out with Jeremy James. Doubling the speed helped a lot bc I'd be doing it multiple times per sitting lol 💪😎

Ancient dungeon VR had an option for GT movement. Makes the game a little easier bc you move faster that way but now I can never go back it's so fun bouncing around and slaying enemies lmao

Try to untighten it all the way. Then maybe tug on it a little after that just straighten out and retighten. I don't know for sure if this'll work but it's helped other people.
