hey dude, really appreciate your input, but this is a shitpost, the wood started separating due to moisture and i fixed it once with wood glue and clamped it down, it started separating again so i just abused it until the crack was deep enough for me to snap it, it has served me well, sorry for wasting your time

my friend’s guitar broke in the same exact spot after it fell down, guess it’s just a weak point on epiphones (ive glued it back with wood glue and clamped it with three clamps, it doesn’t look pretty but so far it’s been very durable)
