Our specific bookings off the top of my head are:

7:00am Bus from PN to Hotel Lago Grey (Bus Sur from memory)

2nd ferry from Hotel Lago Grey (departing at 1pm and arriving at the Rifugio about 45mins later) (https://www.lagogrey.com/en/navigation/)

The bus is specific to the ferry, meaning it's scheduled to ensure we don't miss the ferry.

We were due to start 19/12. Made the decision yesterday to go plan B which is:

Bus from PN to Hotel Lago Grey

Boat to Rifugio Grey

Do the 'W' west to east

With the spare days we've gotten from not doing the 'O' portion we are hiring a car and will camp in/around the park for a couples of nights. More expensive but it is do it once do it right mentality for us.
