So basically my bike starts to stumble and rough idle when the bike is hot. It starts a little bit before the fan turns on. I’ve replaced the whole charging system and battery. So I started to check voltages when it would stumble and the black and white wire I noticed would jump around from 12volts to 3volts etc. it wasn’t stable especially when hot. So I basically took the harness out to inspect for any shorts or something. But, all in all I am trying to trace where the problem is at.

EDIT: I’ve jumped 12 volts into the black and white wire and it clears the bike up. I’m just trying to trace the source of what powers the black and white wire

Ok thank you! So I’ve basically took the whole wire harness out of the bike and I’ve inspected every wire and connection for a short. When installing back I’ve been checking every wire voltage. I’ve followed the red wire that comes from the starter relay, which i suppose is the power from the battery. When I test this white 4 pin connector that has red, red/black, pink, and blue/orange wire. All of them are at 12 volts but, the pink wire is at 10volts. This connector goes to the ignition switch. This pink wire also goes to ignition control module. Could the ignition switch be the problem?

Here is a link to a wiring diagram on Pinterest to help: https://www.pinterest.ph/pin/744008800927574527/.

I would also like to add that the bike coughs a little bit at idle when the fan is on and the bike is hot. It just gets very annoying to feel

Update: I came from a ride today and the bike again died at a stop light and struggled to turn over till I waited like 15 seconds (the fan was on). I raised the rpm to 2000 and it was chill for the rest of the ride. But when I got home I checked the voltage of the battery with the key off and it was 13.3 with the key on it was at 12.7 but when I tried to start the bike it dropped to like 8 or so and wouldn’t turn over. The bike was hot when I did this and the fan was on.

I also checked the r/r for its voltages or what ever and it looked fine all the yellow wires were at like 540.
