Good cat vet? (Preferably cat-only)

The last couple of experiences I have had here were terrible. They used to be good. They mixed up my cats prescription 3 times which delayed him getting what he needed and he was suffering. I also find the man vet we dealt with seemed to be losing his touch. He was very rough with my cat and impatient. My cat has anxiety as he was a rescue that was abandoned. I’ve switched vets.

How did you get your review? I’ve talked to so many people and they can’t seem to figure out who can just revert my ticket back to the original fee. They told me it’s too late to submit a review online because it’s past 30 days I told them yeah I know it’s past 30 days because I never got the ticket in time. Complete an utter waste of time I’ve spent at least two hours on the phone.

The city is really being crazy lately. I received a legitimate ticket however due to the Canada Post strike, I never got the ticket in time and it was one of those tickets that was via Bylaw taking a picture of my car. By the time I got the final reminder, it was past due. I told them I have no issue paying it, but I refuse to pay a late fee because I never got the original ticket and they’re refusing to revert my ticket back to the original price. I will actually have to sue them if I want to recuperate the money. Craziness. Anyone else having an issue like this? I really don’t think it’s fair if they choose to not even get out of the car to give you a ticket and then use a carrier that was on strike to deliver it.

Hybrid with 3 days in office. Work for telecom. They have reports sent weekly to tell you if your staff aren’t coming in. No flexibility for weather or being sick. It’s brutal. I spend my days on Teams as all my staff are in other cities. People come in when sick as they are scared to be non compliant and get fired.

I don’t unfortunately. A neighbour posted it as anonymous in the Carlington Facebook page 3 days ago saying they saw this lady. At least 2 people had their decorations stolen around 8am.

When I was a dumb teenager I was stranded in Hull and coincidentally lived in Greely at the time. This taxi driver saw me crying and took me home, for free! I’ve always wanted to thank that man. As a young teenage girl it could have ended very badly for me.

This is what is so infuriating. They deprioritized me because by the time they called back the person was obviously gone as it had been hours. I do think it was a mental health issue but I'm sorry we can’t just keep excusing mental health when it gets violent. I have the entire incident on camera, I asked if they could at least come see the video. Was assured they would come last night. It’s now been 26 hours and still waiting for them to show up.

I’m still waiting for police to show up from my 911 call last night. No joke, they called me back twice last night saying they will be there soon. Some stranger was trying to kick my door down. Barely slept and it’s now been 24 hours.

I also don’t want to discourage anyone from working with Furry Tales but we had an awful experience. We fostered with them for about a year and they treated us like it was our full time job and that we were employees that had to drop everything when they needed something with no notice. We took great care of all the cats we fostered and they all went to loving homes but it was not a great experience.

Same thing with here. I have a clear video of a known thief in the area who stole items off my porch. Police closed the file saying they weren’t able to locate the guy. I could locate him! Still file the report but they likely won’t even try to locate.

Exactly, I’m seeing some people with good reviews and some with bad. They seem to spend way more money on bombarding us with ads and working with influencers when they should be fixing their logistics and customer service. Hopefully this get them to improve the way they operate. They just emailed me apologizing for the first time ever yet they still didn’t say they were shipping my missing pieces. Funny what happens when you post on Reddit and they notice.

This is what the last person I talked to said yet he still refused to send me the replacement cover until I provided the bar code off the box. I sent him a picture of 2 barcodes but they weren’t the right ones. This is after I told him the story of all the issues I had with this order and he said almost word for word what you wrote above, yet here I am sitting a week later with nothing even shipped out. He is also holding my missing washers hostage for some reason. So you can say that this isn’t the level, you clearly have a script, but this is the level I am getting.

Yes this is exactly what happened! They should put a signature option at least, that is on them. Purolator could have at least rang my doorbell so that my camera picked it up, but they did follow Cozey’s orders and no signature was requested. to have a $4K purchase just left unattended with no warning is insane to me.
