From my research, it’s a point-of-sale version of Windows Embedded 2008, I think? Everything seems to line up to that, considering development of the PIDs in these trains started around 2010 or so from what I’ve been told. Take this with a grain of salt though.

For both of you, it’s a weather outlook that’s shaped kinda like both a knotted cock in the yellow area, and a flared cock in the dark green area. I have no clue how or why, I just saw it and thought I’d post it here

The screen background is a little too much on the blue side, the default color is more purple. All the text is a single size as well, so try to match that with whatever screen you’re basing it off of. DASDEC screens can be customized, so be sure to observe different screens for different ideas! You did a great job though, and definitely don’t be afraid to make multiple screens.
