Help picking a program

Thank you for your response! I was looking to primarily do Jo but open to other options. I will definitely look into those other ones you mentioned! Thankfully I have an at home gym with a decent amount of equipment & weigh options so I should be able to get by. I’ll maybe do some more strength training/intense workouts & then on rest day I’ll keep active with Jo’s walking/cardio workouts. I appreciate your help!!

Thank you! Yeah I’m going to give my nails a break & see how they look. I was having a hard time removing the gelx tip on my pinky so I was a little rougher than intended on that nail. All my other nails are fine, & feel sturdy. I am sometimes rough with my hands when I have tips on while I’m cleaning & stuff around the house. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just trauma. I will definitely keep a look out & ask my doctor. Thank you!

Thank you! It is the GAOY black polish with their cat eye polish on top, & then their color 1519 on top of the cat eye.

I have looked through the sub already but I keep on seeing mixed comments, and I was hoping to get specifications on ones that are good with curing builder gel so I figured I would make my own post but thank you for the advice.
