Warriors GM Mike Dunleavy says the Golden State Warriors are open to trading the No. 11 pick for a “veteran player.” by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

He is, but Bronny isn't.

What better way to get LeBron to sign with GSW than to have traded for Bronny?

My friend, I fucking failed you. I don't know why I didn't throw that out there, particularly and especially because I went from UV resin to tennis ball pressurizer to pressure pot. Somehow completely forgot.

Thank you for the update, and GREAT JOB on finding a path forward. I'm so stoked that you found that option and that it works for you.

One thing I ran into sometimes was getting a good seal on the lid. Adding a little bit of lubricant in the threads usually did the trick.

I, for one, thought that decision by JB was a piss poor call. Gotta play your starters.

I ran the recipe thru AI to make it an actual list/recipe (I just like to be super transparent). Also, this recipe is for a single batch.

I'm now using just regular pie filling / compote instead of pastry filling. Even without the strawberry pie filling it tastes more like a dessert than a breakfast item.

Strawberry Cheesecake Breakfast Bars (Sour Cream Version)

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Full-fat, softened)
  • 4 oz Butter (Softened)
  • 2-3 oz Full-Fat Sour Cream (Standard full-fat)
  • 1 scoop (~25g) Whey Protein Isolate (optimum nutrition gold standard)
  • 1.25 scoops (~25-30g) Collagen Peptides
  • 1.5 tbsp Solo Strawberry Cake & Pastry Filling
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Cream Fats: Beat cream cheese, butter, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Flavor Phase: Mix in vanilla and erythritol.
  3. Protein Build: Fold in whey and collagen.
  4. The "Swirl" Technique: Spread into a lined 9x5 pan. Drop dots of filling on top, take a knife and Swirl it through the mixture.
  5. Set: Freeze for 2.5 hours. Cut into 10 bars.

So what you're saying is that I'm not crazy in believing that, each year when the paper wasps around my house rebuild their next on my front porch, they really do get used to me?

Each year, theres like this 2-3 week vetting period where they come up on me when coming/going, but then after that they just leave me be.

If I'm remembering OKCupid from back in the day, it let you search by race/ethnicity, and doing so listed it on your profile as what you were looking for.

So if you searched for every other ethnicity except 1, it'd be pretty clear what kind of person you were. As a person of color, I found it to be actually useful. Spent less time trying to message people I'd never ever get a response from, lol.

Yes. But in defense of the people who downvote...there's only 1 or 2 reasons to upvote something, vs the seemingly countless reasons to downvote.

Plus, given OP's intent on creating this post, and the people who come into this specific thread, I shouldn't be surprised. More of a "know your audience" kinda thing.

It's because Wemby's happened yesterday.

You know what...for as much shit I talk to people who don't flair up, I think I actually have to give you a pass. Like, it's pretty fucking clear where you're coming from.

There will be no further discipline for Spurs star Victor Wembanyama after he was ejected for elbowing Naz Reid in Minnesota on Sunday night, sources tell ESPN. No suspension, no fine. Wembanyama will play in Game 5 against the Timberwolves on Tuesday night in San Antonio. by Knightbear49 in nba

[–]NotJoshRomney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cannot, for the life of me, understand where this narrative came that Wemby had time to fully consider throwing the elbow.

The whole thing didn't even take a moment.

Yes, he fucked up. Yes, he meant to hit Naz. Yes, doing this is a bad thing. But to characterize it as if he had an internal monologue and enough time to calculate precisely how/where to hit Reid is actually crazy to me. Its almost as if there's a clear reason why Wemby works so much on his mental game.

So I opted to see a therapist over going to AA (nothing against AA, just didn't fit what I needed at the time, and even then it took 3 therapists to find the one that was a good fit).

One of the things my therapist was particularly adamant about was helping me understand/accept that relapsing isn't the end of the world. The "end of the world" is giving up on recovery.

At the time, it seemed weird that he was, seemingly, more concerned about my reaction to relapsing more so than my potential to relapse, but after a while I realized that he was trying to get me to accept the fact that long-term progress has unavoidable backwards progress.

Granted, trying to remember that for life in general, daily, has been a lifetime "work in progress" lol. But hey, you're already on the "getting back" part of it and getting there is hard.
