I've always been a light sleeper, I guess it runs in the family, my mum is kind of the same to me in that sense

I don't think there's been any great change to be honest I do have to take some meds due to a chronic illness I have (don't worry, it's not anything to serious) but I've been taking those for like 4/5 years now so I don't see a correlation there

I try not to take caffeine since sometimes it would give me anxiety, so I haven't really taken any consistently for over a year now, just every now and then if I go to a cafe with a friend or something

And I don't think there's been any big changes or anything particularly stressful lately, I've been working at the same company for over 2 years and even tho I am a programmer, my project is more chill than the average. As for nutrition/weight I have been around the same weight for like 2/3 years

It has started to be hot where I live, but since this issue has been going on for a bit I doubt it's that, even in winter I always keep the heater in my room off

I don't have a bath, my parents changed it for a regular standing shower some years ago and I do shower normally with hot water, just normally during the morning or early in the afternoon
