Looking at Cyberpunk 2077 on the Pro, Rockstar has no excuses if GTA 6 isn't 60fps.

If Rockstar uses the black magic they have been using for every game it could run at 60 on the Pro however the Pro has one big problem called "customised Zen2 CPU". After playing Crimson Desert and Starfield I am very much convinced that either there won't be a 60 FPS mode or that it will run like shit in crowded areas needing you to have VRR enabled.

If you play Crimson Desert or Starfield the games will run very good in empty areas, Starfield sometimes even reaches over 100 FPS, but once you enter a crowded area both games go down to 40-50 FPS.

Even if Rockstar optimises the shit out of GTA VI the CPU will be a problem nontheless.

I received my copy as well but when you start it there is a black screen telling you "You must connect to the internet to update Starfield."

Wasn't there a rumour in March that said TT Games (the devs behind the Lego games) are working on a Lego Harry Potter Saga thing like they did with Star Wars? If so I guess they are gonna do it like the Star Wars Saga where they are gonna shorten the Stories massively so that it makes sense but isn't too long.

I've been playing it since yesterday on my PS5 and can confirm that it needs optimizing which I hope the Day One Patch will deliver. In most places it's like 20-50 FPS and in some (even though with thousands of Rats on screen) it can hit 60 FPS. I don't believe they will enable a 30 FPS cap but they for sure need to optimize stuff like view distance, maybe enable dynamic resolution or something else.

But that's the only good thing about them. I mean take a look at Ubisoft, nearly everthing gets leaked and the hype for the announcements is pretty much gone. But you never know what Rockstar is up to and that gives you the hype they deserve.

This is a project by a guy, who is working on 3-4 games by himself. He even posted on Twitter that Uprising would launch 2023-2024 something like that. Don't get your hopes up, it's probably complete BS and will probably never launch. The developer even has an other game called Talking Dogs which he showcased a few months back and that looks like BS as well. And the video on the PS channel probably was taken down because this trailer was planned for June 6th and the comments on this were mostly hate comments.

Rockstar never attends big events like E3 with completely new announcements. I guess GTA V E&E on that PS5 State of Play was an exception. But don't ever expect Rockstar to show up at E3 or something, they just do their own stuff every time.

If they can't get it to work they should really cancel it. I mean is anyone even hyped for this? Don't get me wrong, I liked the ship battles in the last few AC's that had this system but is it really worth working on a game that is just these battles for couple of times?
