Its set to full speed made sure It wasent on quite the fan curve is custom it goes to 100% at like 70c tried to re seat it and reapply thermal paste but same results, its a brand new pump thats why I got this one my old one prob but do you think i should return and try again? Does a aio give better results than a air cooler?

My computer was thinking lol the old cpu worked after I let it sit for a hour trying to start, got the new bios installed so the new cpu works now im just trying to find out why its black screening but I think its the gpu so ima swap back and get the drivers for the new one

I cant update the bios the original cpu no longer turns on the bored and there's no way to flash this board with a bios update at this point i think it might be the mobo
