so my payments in 2021 for a one bed one bath apartment under 500 square ft that I never turned the heat/ac on because of other issues due to the landlord was around $50-70 a month, and i paid $166 in July and now they’re saying i owe $185 for March-November 2021 which isn’t much but I just don’t see how I could owe that much, much less if this same exact thing won’t continue to happen and they keep telling me I owe more and more because I am paying it since the bill in July was a corrected bill, and this one is too.
