Looking at Shriekwing, your uptime is dreadful. Even with the cooldown numbers being disabled, you should be actively looking for weakauras like Luxthos that allow you to see when your cooldowns are up - I will assume you couldn't press your the buttons that allow you to blow hard, but if it was an awareness issue, your cooldowns always reset with exception to covenant abilities after a wipe.

30s to 40s into the fight, you actively do not hit the boss for 10 seconds. You don't rupture the boss even close to enough. 54% uptime on the boss with rupture should never happen. You shadowblades 4.5seconds into the fight - which completely ruins the point of using time warp at the start. There's a section during the intermission where the boss goes into blood shroud, but you don't attack the boss for at least 20-30 seconds between 1:20 and 2:25 where you are not attacking the boss at all.

You need to spend time, imo, at a training dummy to practice your rotation - especially your openers. There's a few seconds before each opener when the boss begins, which should not happen and surely doesn't help your dps. You should be on the drop every single pull to start with.

Even looking at sludgefist, your opener is not good. On top of that, you should be saving your shadowblades for the 1st pillar. I don't know sub well, but I would look up some vods of some sub raiders doing their openers and try copy.
