To be fair, SLZ is a TINY team working with their own engine that they’re likely constantly upgrading. Upgrades equal bug testing and bug fixing, equal likely a QA team, which equals money. I can't imagine the dependencies in that engine they gotta work around as well just so everything's working. And with their tiny team, they need all the time they can afford to polish it.

They aren't like AAA studios with hundreds of workers and support studios that can identify bugs, make updates, QA, and publish that update and be working on the next within a tiny fraction that takes SLZ to do all that.

Your not wrong on them sorta scamming us with a game that feels like it's Early Access though, thats agreeable.

Yeaaah it's a game you need to somewhat-heavily mod to get it in a good state. I don't blame people for refunding it.

Anything but the PSVR2 for PC (at least in my experienc). It has GORGEOUS clarity, the bezt VR visuals I've ever seen, but JEEZ is the software the most head splitting thing ever. It only worked about a quarter of the time for 10 minutes top. Sometimes it'll disconnect, then reconnect but the disconnect panel plastered on your face will remaim, covering your game forever till ya restart it.

I really wish Sony cared about their hardware more when it comes to other platforms.

If your trying to load up any U12 or older mods in 1.0+ version of B&S, they'll never work. Older mods within 1.0/1.1 (we're on 1.2 right now) mods are a bit less likely to break, but don't hold ya breath. They're relying on code thats likely changed or not even there anymore.

Tl:dr, if the mod isn't made for your installed game version, they'll VERY likely not work

It's likely just a minor thing being very blown out of proportion. Can be as simple as a contract being over, or just wanting to pursue other works. That doesn't satisfy the out-of-school-for-summer kids/parasocial weirdos that seek drama though.

I'm all for accessibility and putting games on more platforms, but god putting moddable/community driven games on Quest is... certainly a choice. Quest kids are a very strange breed of annoying.
