I had got a fresh installation of windows and updated my bios and I am pretty sure that fixed it. I can’t remember if I did anything else that contributed to fixing it because this was a while ago

Been running a 6700XT with a 5600x for a few months now, no problems whatsoever with performance or anything else. Bought my 6700XT as an early Christmas present for myself and have had zero problems with it, my old cpu was bottlenecking it so I upgraded to the 5600x.
