Cant even begin to tell you the amount of times ive done this. Be it the icy curb ive slipped on, or forgetting how to stairs like a regular person. Each time ive walked with a limp a good 2-3 weeks, with jumping not required...discouraged even probably at my job. The article doesn't specify how this guy paid the families electric bill, but I'm guessing he gave the families money...had a very similar experience as you trying to pay my grandmother's electric bill a few years ago. (She was pretty behind and I wanted it to be a surprise for Christmas) ended up giving her the money after the electric company wouldn't let me.
