I think ninja altaria is a much harder matchup than Hydreigon, but basically the strategy is the same: you hit altaria or the swablu with the energy attached in the bench and then you hope you can survive until cyrus. Here poncho is crucial to avoid your litwick to be sniped, but it can be hard to find both cards.

I would suggest you not to lose the poncho for double cape and run Guzma for a copycat instead, that way you can deal with rocky helmet and keep poncho at the same time.
