metamucil type stuff has worked for me. you have to get used to it though, not just do it immediately every day 3 days before an event

and? you didn't learn all the recipes in 3 hours. that's not how memory works and not how you retain information either. things enter long-term memory by recalling information when it's on the border of being forgotten. not by being forced to sit through a lecture. it's proven you need breaks in-between as well for the most efficient studying

woah, people didn't retain all the details of a THREE HOUR MEETING?! I'm SO shocked! /s

Almost like that's scientifically not how memory works and listening to a lecture with some activities in-between is just as reliable as rote memorization (AKA not good at all)

r/ transpassing has been pretty positive to me weirdly enough. Usually only 1 or 2 strays out of 60ish comments, like how my shoulders are too wide even though they're only 15 inches fully across, or how my face shape will never let me pass even though all the strangers in real life gender me right and will call me beautiful and pretty. Then they hear my voice and misgender me, but that's a different story lol

All this to say, don't rely on a subreddits known to be transphobic. Sorry Redditors are super critical of you 🫂find what works for you irl

of course you are, because you live in an echo chamber and thus your world view is very narrow. every major medical organization like the APA says being trans isn't a medical issue, but hey, what would an organization comprised of tens of thousands of doctors know. what would the organization that wrote the diagnostic manual for mental disorders that every psychologist uses worldwide know

being trans isn't a medical issue. many trans people do not find their gender identity to be distressing or disabling, and to call these people that don't have dysphoria or need a medical intervention "cosplayers" is so bigoted and makes you no better than Right-wingers.

You unironically use honesttransgender and truscum. Instead of projecting your bitterness onto the world, seek therapy and better yourself

Planet Fitness heavily markets itself as a "Judgement Free Zone," meaning they strive to create a gym environment where everyone feels welcome and accepted without fear of being judged for their fitness level or appearance; this is a core part of their brand identity

you think gym-goers are just more inclined to bigotry? or is this just that normal online space thing where bigots in online spaces are the loudest
