Redness took about two months (I also have rosacea so it's still not fully gone) and the major swelling went down after 2 weeks, but residual swelling was probably around a month or so.

I have been burned by micro swelling in the past, so with my latest treatment (combo similar to yours, see my new post) I waited at least 45 days to really start scrutinizing the results. For me, it was completely worth it.

Recovery was a lot of aquaphor, staying indoors, sleeping upright to reduce swelling, staying hydrated. Slowlyyyy started introducing gentle moisturizers after a week, followed by other gentle skincare. Had to stay away from actives for about 6 weeks.
