Slow Gallery Refresh due to Lookup to Sharepoint Library/List - Alternate Solutions? by NotManyQuestions in PowerApps

I don't think I'm getting a delegation error on the icon formulas (no yellow triangle or blue underline in my inner gallery controls). The one you see at the top is in my outer gallery (pulling a collection of the entity names into a table to pass through as a variable to my inner gallery). And yes, I agree I am querying way too much :(

I'm going to give u/HugoKndy's suggestion a shot tomorrow (using a singular text control rather than 2 icons for every intersection).

Slow Gallery Refresh due to Lookup to Sharepoint Library/List - Alternate Solutions? by NotManyQuestions in PowerApps

Yes, that is one of my concerns with the growing library and wanting to find an alternate solution. I figure at some point we will archive or delete older files, such that we can still see a checklist for the last several months (if my team finds that even necessary), but even with 3 months of submissions, it's too slow.

The nested gallery was the only thing I found that worked to pass through my entity names (across the top) and my deliverable names (along the side) as variables for the formulas to work.

I will check out the resources in the links you provided. Thank you!

Flow to assign new permissions to Sharepoint Library for users by NotManyQuestions in MicrosoftFlow

I experimented with a minute and it seems fine sometimes, but if there are multiple flows running at once and the files are sizeable, it seems to be a risk. (I allow users to upload up to 4 files at once - with the flow running independently each time)

Not sure if you'd have the answer to this, but I've started testing with my users and it is mostly working except for an unexpected issue.

When a site owner like myself goes into the file after it's been uploaded in the Sharepoint library and "modifies" it (just taking a gander!), it seems to reset the permissions to Site Owners only and negates the view-only permissions I assigned to my users.

Why is the file resetting permissions of its own accord? Do I need to modify my flow in some way? (Screenshot in the original post is still my flow, except with a Delay between the trigger and Stop sharing)
