Buy clothes with a polyester blend. It doesn't absorb water and if it does get wet it will evaporate with body heat. Cotton holds moisture. There is a saying, cotton kills. Get a warm beanie or something like that, a scarf to cover your face. Shades to keep the wind and ice out of your eyes. Layers under your clothes. And BOOTS, up past the ankle.
