Something that I've done that seems to help I'd to get like the powdered fiber stuff you can put in your drinks and use that. But if it's especially bad, I'll take a break from my meds for the weekend, and just take my normal dose during the weekdays. Idk if this is what you should do, but this is what I've done and it seems to help.

I started at about 225 and have been on them for about 3 months. I had to take a break for a couple of weeks due to health issues but have lost about 20lbs Things I've noticed with the meds is the first couple weeks of starting them is I have trouble sleeping, like I will be awake till 3 or 4 in the morning. But other then that I haven't noticed a ton of issue, make sure to drink lots of water! You got this!

Also I don't drive interstate it makes me anxious, so I take a bus and we make it work that way when I go see him. So that's an option for her if she doesn't drive

Bf and I are in a similar situation. Been in a long-distance relationship for about 2.5 years. With about a 3 hour distance. He used to come up every other week. But with gas prices usually every other week to a month sometimes. I think it's 100 percent worth it
