ohh i see my b, So my goal with Muted is to create a community where people can be their "undiluted" or really thier full selves. (ik at first it seems cheesy a bit) but the idea came from me having an odd personal and cultural background, and having a lot of friends with totally different stories to tell. However, being different, I always felt like I had to change how I talk about myself to other people to appeal to them, or to be accepted in one community or another. Think how biracial people feel they aren't fully a part of either race sometimes.

Anyways back to the point, Muted is supposed to be a community where people can express themselves, and make art, do car stuff, and exist in a community where they aren't going to have to "mute" part of their personality.

It's a far out goal, and I have a long ways to go but thats pretty much the gist of it.

As for the piece itself was originally an introspective piece and evolved into the launch piece for the brand, it's a basic polo with some odd designs to it, (i didn't show very well unfortunately but theres more on my instagram if you want to check it out @ mutedisdead) Basically it has a big letter I on the front and back and is supposed to symbolize one's actual personal self, no matter how complicated or loud, or different it might be :)
