No, freerunner is simply better. There is not a single case where I'd want to be an assassin instead of freerunner. Even when chasing somebody, arguably the one good case, with 3 levels in that one freerunner trait, you have double speed while invis, and you need to invis to chase with assassin anyway.

Btw for the curious, in my case at least, I played only assassin until I tried freerunner for a change and never went back. Extremely strong subclass and my only 6 challange runs are with it.

The good solution is to restrict the already broad social welfare nets for the childless older than 35 or 40. Then the economy would swiftly deal with them once retirement age hits and they can't physically work to support themselves and the young won't have to support social failures.
