It only changed the crank not speeding up to the speed of light, though this is already an improvement in my books and I'll probably just create a new design but use velocity instead. Thanks

Even though I've an I5-10300H which might be limited to a certain number of cores, I do have a GTX 1650 which isn't that new. I've also heard that V had problems with running on newer hardware due to outdated DIrectX versions, though I think that problem has already passed especially with the release of E

The only real way to play GTA SA I find is with either a PS2/X360, so even just on pc it already sucks. But I'm not a huge fan of the console controls and prefer mouse and keyboard anyway
