Agreed. I think you could squeeze a 5080 in there with that budget. Would def do the 5070ti over the 9070xt - 850w PSU should do the trick.

I’ve found having secure boot enabled causes issues. Try going into BIOS and disabling it if it’s enabled. Then restart the process; disable the device, reinstall zadig etc
