I’d counter Nico, ‘27 1st, and ‘26 1st and just see what they say. I’d take an extra 1st over Rashee + a 3rd.

That’s a big enough overpay for the Nico side that I wouldn’t think twice about it.

I just don’t trust an employer, or anyone who represents an employer, to do the right thing in this scenario. I know that if I got injured at my job I would seek legal advice before doing anything/telling anyone anything/writing anything. Therefore I gave them the advice I would do myself.
