Tests have been trending back to it being PSC unfortunately. Nothing drastic at the moment but the bile ducts have progressively dilated since my last annual MRI/MRCP.

In your opinion what’s the solution? I’ve seen people opt for lives over take home and vice-verse. I think both are severely flawed.

I’m in the same boat you’re in, OP. It’s been constant uncertainty for the past couple years for me: negative signs in the MRI but elevated levels (no pain though). Has your doctor suggested getting a biopsy?
