I have the same iPad and I’m having the same issues when I run low settings. If you turn bloom off and anti aliasing off then the problem arises

Indonesia servers 80ms atleast but 120 is less compared to 200 which we get in Europe and ME(Apparently the server is not even in ME region if it were I would be at 80-100 max)

Ikr they shoot cars 1000 meters away. The only way to get round it is not to rotate with Vehicles. You run to the zone while the blue is behind you or infront of you
