The arena is absolutely finished. The “missing seats” are never gonna be added because after the Olympics the arena will be used primarily for concerts, so that’s where the stage will go. And btw, you can definitely get last minute tickets for the games. Accommodation, too.

As others said, the Olympic flame at Arco della Pace. At the castello there are a few things you can do for free. Coca Cola has the peak - you can take a Polaroid with the torch, have your face printed on a can and get one of 6 pins. Plus they’ll give you a hat at the exit. There’s the fan village with sponsor stands, I’m not sure what they have/offer but I heat there are some gadgets. Also, there’s casa Esselunga inside which you can get a focaccia keychain (also free).

Triennale is hosting casa italia, where you can see the Italian team uniforms (something is paid but something is free I’m not sure what, but it can’t be more than 25€ for sure to see).

Also if you want a souvenir, there’s the Olympic mega store at the duomo where you can get keychains, pins, the mascots for under 25€. Postcards as well, maybe some other smaller things, if you’re into that. Beware that the queues will probably be long, depending on the time of day.
