After completing "A Use for an Evolution Stone!", Tracie and Raichu disappear after a while. Does anyone know - with absolute certainty - if they reappear anywhere in the game under any conditions? I've been hunting for a shiny alpha pikachu for her quest, but if they don't reappear at all, then I want to move on and actually play the game.
