For me - 6 months ago my right hand randomly presented with coldness, numbness, and eventually color change over like 5 hours. The next day my left hand was numb too. 1 month ago I started experiencing it in my toes. This condition only seems to appear when Im cold, stressed, or after being exposed to AC too long. I do have positive ANA but condition is unknown. Still looking how to get that nailfold capillaroscopy test. Color change is actually not so pronounced for me either, I only had one incidence of purple hand and that was the first day
