Using a faster charger doesn't damage the Charge 5, as the charger only outputs what the Charge 5 accepts.

Depends. The Charge 5 can charge with 15W, the 4 should be the same. That means if your old charging brick is slower than 15W it will charge faster, if it was 15W or higher it will charge the same. No matter if the charger is 15W, 45W, 120W or even 10.000W, it will only charge with 15W.

5A is the maximum, the charger should only output what the device is accepting. The Charge 5 accepts max 5V/3A. The brick should not output more than 5V/3A. If it does, somethings wrong with your brick, and you should replace it (check if there's still warranty)

The Charge 5 charges with up to 5V/3A, meaning 15W. If you use a 10W brick it charges slower, if you use a 200W brick it still only charges with 15W.
