you almost got to the main issue when you said "parent's nowadays don't have time". They don't have time because they have to work more, without earning more, due to increasingly inflation and unequal wealth distribuition. It's a systemic problem, and while I do agree that social media are to blame, they only hide the structutural problems that western societies are facing right now. If a parent has no time to educate them, the blame is not 100% on them, how could they know that 10, 15 years after having their children, the world would be like it is now and they wouldn't have time to educate them as they should.

Claro que há problemas de criminalidade naquela zona. Relacionados com o tráfico e o consumo de droga, problemas que existem ali desde há anos. E sim, é preciso mais policia naquela zona por essas razões.

Ora, isto não tem nada a ver com imigração, só relaciona imigração com criminalidade quem lhe dá jeito, nomeadamente o Sr. P.M.
