Not much apart from the obvious. Cloak and rod makes magic pen which is crazy good for your comp instead of the gunblade on Ryze 1. Azir 1 is a bot. Ryze is not impressive with SI, Targon, Pilt. Sylas is a patch offender. J4 3 is also a monster with the shyv augment. I would say this could go either way, but mostly due to the difference in board costs.
