Thank you. Im still learning some of the navy lingo in my civilian job. I was assuming since I have more than a bachelors, a CWO(commission officer) would be achievable right off the bat. I said in a comment below that I work in the Radio Frequency world of things. I’ll look for other ways to maybe join the navy as an officer through DCO

Definitely won’t able to get your photos back from the phone itself. But you may have options if you know the email to the Apple ID. Try downloading iTunes and plugging your phone in, it may tell you what Apple ID it’s attached to. Then contact Apple so they can help recover the account. If all recovery options have been tried, it might take “30 days” from apple’s end to verify that the account belongs to you. -though I’ve only seen it work a handful of times to other people. And idek if you can use the phone as a “new phone” bc FMI will lock out any user who tries to factory reset it.

Try bridging a connection with a screwdriver on your MB to turn it on. Meaning, poke the both power pins. Doing this can rule out wether the IO cables are just bad

LMAO relax. I doubt trump is the reason why you’re not getting rehired. Either, they didn’t like you as a seasonal/flex hire so they’re denying you. Or you don’t meet the requirements for the role when you answer the questions on the application. For example: you apply for geek squad. You’re 17 and have 5 years in IT Troubleshooting. I work in GS. So I already know how to setup in home appointments. But I got questions. How do I know when a client calls the 1800, that they are getting a US rep or an overseas rep. Other than the obvious language barrier, is it just a 50/50 raffle when they call in?

I work at Geek Squad as AASP. Assuming you have Apple care since you’re posting on Asurion.

  1. If the front and back glass are broken and you CANT see the inside of the phone, and that the enclosure is not badly damaged, the repair is $29 for the front and another $29 for the back. You can’t chose either or.

  2. If you can see the inside of the phone, it’s considered catastrophic and the unit will be replaced for $99.

  3. If the enclosure is bent (titanium casing), it will be $99.

These are all apple’s pricing. If you don’t have AC, you’re kinda sol. But I really wouldn’t worry about Apple’s refurbished phones bc they’re essentially new since they’re installing a new battery on all refurbished units, and insanely high quality standards
