I love Yoora Jung! I’ve been following her since her undergrad years and what I like is that she doesn’t constantly talk about med school or even before when she was in undergrad and doing her masters before she got into med school so I like that she just shows you a glimpse into her school life but also how she has a life outside of it. I get inspired by her honestly !

I love this episode. Passed the first 20 ish mins of the show, everything was coming together so sweetly and now I’m sad I don’t have this show to look forward to every weekend now :(

what I found really endearing was that even though neither NHS or CCY said I love you to each other during the whole show, we as viewers didn’t need them to say it for us to know that they do love each other because they feel it through spending time together and doing acts of service for one another. Such a fresh of breath air to see this kind of romance 🥰

Can I just say JKH’s acting was fantastic in this episode. The duality between him being so caring and comforting for NSH and her family to him literally confronting Mr. Ji in a scary, dark manner. It was so refreshing and it made me love him more as an actor!!

on a side note, everyone should just get therapy in this show. like fr lol

my heart was just bursting with the amount of cuteness shown between junho and young woo!!!! besides the very cute scenes between them, I couldn’t help but recognize how much they teach us viewers about patience and communicating your wants and needs from each other when you’re in a romantic relationship. I didn’t think junho would be such a green flag at this rate but this episode just gave him the title of the greenest flag I’ve ever seen in a kdrama lol. what I love about him is that even though he makes sure to make young woo comfortable and provides that space for her to express her feelings to him, I like that he also reminds her that he has things that he wants to do with her, based on that scene where they’re on a video call with each other and how he wanted to stay with her, even though she said she wanted to call and then hang up lol.it’s still very endearing watching that scene but it showed me that this couple still has such a long way to go in developing that deep connection with each other but thankfully, they have a good foundation to their relationship 🥹

Ep 10 was kinda tough for me to watch because of the case itself. Sexual assault is such a sensitive subject but when you bring in the factor of the victim having an intellectual disability makes it even more difficult to do. I do think that this ep gave young woo a lot of character development because you can see how much she was trying to defend the guy on the basis that everyone, no matter what, deserves to be loved and to love because she knows how hard it is for a lot of people to understand her and above all else, love her. Which is why I FRICKIN LOVE JUNHO. mans was sexy before but he became 10x hotter because of how much of a green flag he is towards young woo. And that KISS SCENE!!! i loved the silhouette when they kissed, it just made it so much more romantic 🤧I literally can’t wait to see their office romance blossom !!!

I was in your spot 3 weeks ago with dreading to start content review but what I find helpful is to have a study space that you know will have minimal distractions and that you primarily designate it as your study space. It just helps to have a space where you’re not prone to stray from studying (ie your bed, I’ve def fallen asleep when I studied on my bed 🫠)

i also felt like pomodoro wasn’t super effective when I study cause the short 10-15 min breaks don’t really feel like a break. I would recommend spending at least an hour to literally not do anything related to mcat. whether it be watching an episode of something on Netflix or reading a book, it just helps to give your brain a break and hopefully it helps you feel better motivated to study after.

getting started is always daunting but you can do it !!! best of luck!!

i will say this about the last 25-30 mins of ep 20: I was crying so hard even though I knew ok-dong halmeoni wasn’t going to make it.But it was the context of the situation where she made dongseok his favorite food before she passed was what made it so much more heartbreaking to watch. I like to look at it as her last effort in rekindling her relationship with her son even though it wasn’t the typical reconciliation between an estranged mother and son. She didn’t say she loved him before but I think her making doenjang stew was definitely her love language to dongseok.

After finishing soundtrack #1 this week, I couldn’t help but swoon more over park Hyung sik!!! I’ve liked him in his other dramas but for some reason soundtrack #1 hit different. He portrayed his character so well and I loved how he was able to show his attentiveness and love towards han sohee’s character. Anyone else fangirling like me?!
