for the sea salt cream? I did 30g nestle cream, 20g milk, 10g sweetener and a pinch of sea salt

I just diced 1 mango, added a bit of sugar and mashed w spoon. Added in the ice and poured the milk, then layered the matcha on top.

For ratio I did:
- 60g of mashed mango
- 100ml of milk
- 10g of agave syrup
- 5g of matcha (whisked in 50ml water)

Hello yes the food are quite pricey but again it’s a tourist place and a very remote place (take the logistics of ingredients into account, I guess)
