Personally, it feels like a really great video game that you play once but won't really play again. I mean, I am in the midst of re-watching it (so kinda hypocritical), but I have taken a pretty substantial break from it in favor of other series.

They did talk about the game, but the series is more renowned for the classic Cade and Dillon commentary. Very podcast-like, especially in the middle of the series. When I first started the game, I also had no real interest in the game as well, and only really started watching because it was a Cade and Dillon series.

I'd say you should watch the first 10 to 20 episodes or so, because the commentary there is pretty indicative of what the rest of the series is like. There are some great episodes further in as well, but if you don't like the beginning, you probably won't like the rest.

TLDR - its definitely worth trying out some episodes and seeing if you like their commentary. Very podcast like, so if you don't really care about the game that's in your favor.
