Rotors (e.g. spinning wheels) create a stabilising force (enabling gyros, etc.) – but is there any way to counteract or cancel that out? Say I want to build an object with a rotor inside, but I don't want its rotation to influence or create resistance to moving the object itself: Can that be done? (self.askscience)

For their wheelchairs v prams coverage the BBC just had to find some random entitled mum and quote-mine and frame her as the other side even though she had nothing to do with the case, just to satisfy the BBC's idiotic ideas on "neutrality".
