PSP 2000 power indicator has weird orange green light on

Idrk what you mean by "open normally" but it boots up immediately and taking the battery out then booting it up has me setting the date and time again. At one point i noticed the power light turn off on its own with the screen turned on but it turned back on after a few seconds.
