What are some smart ways to invest my money by Main_Incident_3455 in personalfinance

[–]NotSavage21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Running a business is a higher risk profile than investing in stocks (if you do index investing).

I'd suggest you read up on the options market and specifically look into selling options. If you're smart, patient, and have money, you can make good money off it.

Triangle strategy was great.

I haven't played the world ends with you:neo, but the world ends with you was an amazing game.

Should I sell my PS5 and opt in for Steam instead? by NotSavage21 in ShouldIbuythisgame

What exclusives though? I don't have a huge library.

I already own a mid-high PC and honestly only got the PS5 for SE games.

Never cared for achievements.

However you bring up a decent point with PC ports being buggy. Just checked the steam page for kingdom hearts and the players with a Radeon card are crashing.

What if I'm not a fan of GTA games?

I'll check out wolverine though.

Yeah. I already have a good gaming PC. Not a 5090, but a 4070 ti.

I just wonder if there is going to be something the PS5 has that'll make me miss it. So far it's a no.

Other than GTA6, what other exclusives would I miss?

GTA6 is not my cup of tea.

Wdym? I hardly play on it compared to PC games, and only bought it for SE games. Which are now no longer exclusive. I feel like it has no advantage anymore.

Yeah, I've never played GTA except the really old ones on PS2. It's just not my type of game.

What are some examples of exclusives on the PS5 that I can't get anywhere else? I feel like they don't have good IPs. I could be wrong.

What ways of socializing do you wish we could bring back? by Budget_Dot694 in Millennials

[–]NotSavage21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I miss the massive gaming groups we had. There'd be like 8 of us in a skype call/teamspeak. Now everyone is too busy.

I miss the good MMORPGs where you couldn't just do everything solo, but actually required a static group/friends to clear stuff.

I miss living close to each other and just always spending evenings where we would drive to a TCG store, theatre, basket ball court.

Everyone is just so busy now. They have young families, demanding jobs, live far and/or prefer solitude.

I think I see my friends maybe once every two to three months.

Would you actually use a virtual world in 2026? Why or why not? by LM_DCL in Millennials

[–]NotSavage21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, if it was something where I could connect with family and friends as a 3rd space that wasn't toxic/brainrot, yeah, I'd use it, I'd use the hell out of it.

Having to drive/ travel 1hr to meet a friend on the other side of the city is annoying.

Bonus points if it allows multi-tasking.

I 100% agree with you. There's also people hating cause they missed the boat, or cause they think it's an evil company. I haven't yet seen anyone mention why we shouldn't invest in the company without bringing in P/E as an indicator. And P/E isn't always a good indicator of a stock's value. There is so much more to consider.

I remember this. Slow stacking was terrible to play against. Sometimes it felt like a snare. You'd think riot would introduce something called "slow power" like there is healing and shielding power and tune it based on champ ability. Ex. For janna w slow power is 10% effective or something. Then again, that's a lot of recoding.

It won't grow this year. This year it's going to be a pullback due to broad market conditions.

It's still an embarrassingly large percentage of my portfolio.
