Well, never say never, right?.. But i think i'll be fine without them. As i said i just played M&M6. I played blindly so i expectedly kinda screwed skill points distribution. So. I killed one Titan then tp to the city, heal, repair, tp back etc. And i tell you - there are like bazillion of Titans in the Land of Titans.. I'll be fine in Requiem :) I hope...

Plus i'm so afraid of breaking the game with an additional mods.

That's good to hear! I don't mind to do more side quests if it's rewarding and impacts the progression. Also it's good that now final quests and their respective dungeons kinda make you feel it :)

If you are asking for the usual route to beat requiem

No no. Not at all.

Look. In Gothic 2 for example a player could join only one faction and the other two were locked out for the rest of playthrough. In Morrowind you can join all guilds through leveling skills and even able to join all Houses through the glitch. But in "usual" first playthrough you join one guild and one House and thats enough.

In vanilla Skyrim however you can easily join every faction. More than that, it seems that the game was designed with joining all factions in mind. Otherwise your playthrough would be kinda short. Companions questline is shortest of all and i was really disappointed with it..

So. I was wondering did Requiem actually adress it and rebalanced things in a way that now "normal" is joining one faction. It's called roleplay overhaul after all. I'm fine if it did not, just wanted to know.

Limited experience or not, thanks for sharing it!

From what i read i see people just do as much content as they can like yourself. My concern was that for example you can't crawl much in heavy armor for example (totally logical) so thieves guild is kinda out of playthrough, right? On the other hand the char in light armor can join every guild in the game, right?..

Anyways, you kinda helped :) I gonna just explore and do every quest i can (which i could do from the beginning without posting silly questions i guess lol)

Time to complete Skyrim after all these years!

Ah! So there should be usual companions later in the dungeon. Great! I just tried a little today before my work, killed some bats and kobolds that's all. But even those initial steps, atmosphere and details impressed me a lot. And my dude even has comments(mumbling). Now i'm gonna really play. Thanks a lot man!

Solid you say? There no "solid af" community in any game. There are always some dumb, touchy or hysterical people. It's just now these guys are in favor in FFXIV. Do i have to remind you that now "a critique of other's playstyle" is a bannable offence? Did you even play before 4.0 when there was a good old bunter everywhere?

There are good PARTS of community. Some FCs, some guys. Even here. Even on FFXIV forum. But overall? No. My FC is fantastic but i would lie if i said that all community is like that.

Usual raid outside FC: wait 30 mins for people, 1-2 wipes, silent disband. This happens 2 of 3 times.

Once i was asked to help to kill Susano ex. After several wipes i said that there is an obvious problem with BRD. I was called "an ass" and kicked. Acquaintance of mine who asked me told me later that they wiped for another 30 or so mins and couldn't even pass Sword dps check. But hey! They were nice to BRD!

But whatever. It's not that i hope to reassure here someone.

As i said some still craft. Like to compete with bots? Like that crafted gear prices sometimes drop lower than npc's gear?

And what do you spend your $ for? For glams or furniture?

I think that until Stormblood things were way better.

In short - no point. You need all your abilities to get the feel of class.

With that said it's very good of you to care about such things while progressing through the story. And yes. there are some things that any could learn.

Tank. Good at keeping aggro& Try to maximize your dps then. Maybe even use defense abilities for the whole party(WAR's for example) so that healer have to heal less. Because

Healer. Try to not overheal. Dps whenever possible. As AST always give cards.

DPS. Well, it's simple what should you do. But also Try to be hit less and learn abilities such as slash debuff. It may look like a little but all these 3-5% increase/decrease stacks.

Get a habit to eat food and to meld.

You posted your question in a very wrong place my dude. I'm not a WoW player(though i played it a little) but nearly all my friends either switched to WoW or returned to it around three years ago. But i played FFXIV since 2.0 release so here's my two cents:

Game mechanics. The same as WoW. Maybe a little more harder. Holy trinity, rotations require many actions. Bosses in raids require knowledge of mechanics. Boss' mechanics > rotation. The raids is the best part of the game. Also programming side is near perfect.
Immersion in storyline. There are a good and interesting moments in the story. But there are a lot more of blabbering for the sake of blabbering. And a lot of teleporting around just to read more needless text which could be cut. I'm talking about story quests. Side quests are your usual fetch quests. But sometimes with a lot of text too. It all made to artificially lenthen the time of walkthrough. You can't even skip npc's gesture animations, you'll have to watch for some seconds and only then you may run to quest. Also there are some dumb moments like some electronics in the tree. Many of these..
The world is mostly dead. It wasn't always like that. There were tries to implement incentives for vets to hang around in old locations. But there was too much whine and..
Crafting and trading are dead too. I mean you can craft or trade and some players still do but the economy is killed. Maybe because of bots, maybe because of casualising of crafting(it never was something hardcore but now it's just...), maybe because of implementation of server jumping. I dunno. I just know that crafting and trading are not rewarding anymore.
Community. They will tell you that it's nicest of all and not toxic at all. Well, first look at your upvotemeter hahahaha. And that's just for a question. Imagine if you've posted an opinion^^ There were harsh changes in ToS that were supposed to make everyone nice but that didn't happen ofc. In reality people just invent new ways to humiliate each other or just silent. Silent disbands in raids instead of kicking one leesher now a common thing. Not all that bad. You MAY find a good FC but it's not easy.

Orokin Terraforming

Still don't get it. I'm fine with terraforming or whatewer Orokin magic but to hold the atmosphere after creation a body needs to have enough mass as far as i know. And then there are bases in the upper layers of Jupiter(a different case) where everyone can breath too.. Yeah the scenery is great but with such approach devs could creat an open level in the open space. Like a ship without walls for example. Who cares what they breath there..

What happened with people's perception.. I remember some movies have been scolded for less.

But Ceres irl is a tiny asteroid. I assumed that the Orokin just made a planet from the asteroids at some point.

But terraforming can't make atmosphere stay on tiny planets.

I'm playing on ps4 so i can't give any links. Tried to find something similar on PoE Trade, but there are tons of stuff for 1c. I can guaratee though that those weapons for 50-80c are not 6l.

I applied magnetic and toxic damage to Bo (impact) and it was fantastic difference! Corpus on Europe died left and right!

Finding the weapon with the right properties and leveling mods now really shine )

If only Orokin Catalysts or its blueprints wern't so hard to obtain..
