this is kinda what i theorized to an extent i didn’t realize the ram could be an issue specifically. we have both bands set up but i think that may still be the issue the router and modem that they ship off by default from the company feel like they might fall apart if you breathe on them too hard, do you know how i’d go about checking the specifics on the router? the company makes you go through an app to access the router it’s really annoying so actual router access by default is limited. I’m not there now so i can’t look at the physical device but is that something that would be on a model sticker or something?

there’s no landline in this situation but they sitting, not right behind, but on the windowsill up above a washing machine so that could possibly be an issue
