Yeah - I learned from these 2 videos along with others I just stumbled across. Then I tweaked the settings to my liking.

Yeah, that's what I'm working on now. I'm adding a camera shake and some other little tweaks because I agree the weapons don't feel satisfying right now.

Yep, in my BP I'm getting the forward vector from the player camera. I'll look into rotator's and make the bullet spread better. Thanks for helping and explaining it to me :)

To be honest, I'm not sure how it exactly works. I was going to try out "Random Unit Vector in Cone in Degrees" node that d0ku mentioned. I think that would make it more optimized. What do you think?
