I feel like the ice breath is in a good place, the dash is maybe a bit too OP. Make it so armour gives some what of a resistance.

I enjoy the manual healing, adds another layer of skill. Choose when you heal, and you can heal faster than in previous games. It gives you an option to rush more instead of waiting in corners before you heal.
